The Buyerpower.com offers buyers specially negotiated deals or prices which are normally not available in the market. The prices are always lowest as they are for bulk or group buyers.

Could you explain the process on which theBuyerPower.com works?

It's quite simple.
You select a project that you like and fill the interest form. Our Real Estate expert will connect with you to understand your requirements. Our Negotiation team negotiates with developers for a lowest price deal at that time based on the collective bargaining strength and our experience. Once a deal is negotiated, we inform you of the deal.More can also be understood under the tab "How it Works

I am looking for a project that is not listed on your site. Can you get me a lowest price deal on that?

No Worries. If the project that you wish to invest is not listed on our site, you can use the Custom Project link and let us know of your requirement. Our real estate experts will call you to understand your requirements and thereafter the negotiation team shall negotiate the lowest price deal for you for that project.

What will happen if the specified numbers of people do not join the group till the exact deal date?

There is no requirement of a minimum number of people for any deal. Although, the more the people, the better the deal could be negotiated. You could always help by sharing the deal with your friends and relatives that might be looking for a similar deal and even earn referral credit towards your purchase.

Will it benefit me if I refer a deal to a friend or a relative?

If you refer a deal to your friends and relatives who are keen to buy a property, both you and your friend/relative shall benefit further by earning credits that shall be applied towards the purchase.
Additionally, the more the friends you could recommend, the stronger the buyer power, thereby the better the deal for you and your referrals.

Can I change my decision of joining any deal mid-way?

Yes you can. We currently do not charge any fees upfront. It is just an expression of interest and you can change your decision at any given point of time. You can send us an email regarding this from your registered email id and we will do the needful for you.

Do I need to pay any charges to theBuyerPower.com for the services offered?

No. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. You don't have to pay any charges for the services rendered by us.

Can I be interested in more than one project?

Yes. You can show interest in any number of projects, but only if you are genuinely interested in those projects.

If I have a deal for a project that is not listed with you, then can I post the same with you?

Yes, if you have a lowest price deal to offer, you can submit us from the tab -... or alternatively email us with all the details at sales@thebuyerpower.com.

How do you make money?

Our business model is very simple. Our platform collects individuals into a group. We negotiate the deal and even pass on our majority commissions to make the deal lowest price. We get a very small percentage of the deal as commission. Basically, we work on high volumes and low margins - that makes our deals - Lowest Price.

How will I ensure that your offer is the Lowest Price?

That's a challenge we love to face. Once you receive our offer, you will have enough time to check around and if you find a written offer lower than our offer, we'd be more than happy to beat that offer.

How will I get pre and post sales service? Who will give me service?

The same experts will provide you with transaction related services both - pre and post sales. You will be dealing directly with an assigned account manager who will ensure all paper work is complete.

Will I get my choice of property or do I have to compromise with a different project?

Yes and No.
Yes - You would get the lowest price deal for the project of your choice.
No - You do NOT have to compromise on the project. After all, you do not buy a property just because it's the best deal. Rather you choose a property that you'd like to buy and then let us know to get you the lowest price for it.

How long does it take to get the lowest price offer?

Normally it takes between 5-10 business days (from your date of showing interest), to get the lowest price offer for any project. Sometime, it might take a little more than the standard days to negotiate the best possible deal for our customers.

How many days will I have to decide before I accept the offer?

You'd have 7 business days to make a decision. As the offer will be the lowest price, it has to be closed within a time frame.
